- Who we areQuire & Gild, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number, registered office and VAT position to confirm
- DescriptionsEvery item is described from the copy in hand, with faults recorded and photographed. Where a description is wrong, the remedy is a full refund including carriage both ways.
- PricesShown in pounds sterling. Confirm whether prices include VAT and how the margin scheme applies to second hand goods
- PaymentDue in full before dispatch. Accepted methods to confirm
- Title and riskTitle passes on payment in full. Risk passes on delivery, and goods are insured in transit to full value.
- DeliveryAs set out on the delivery page, which forms part of these terms.
- CancellationDistance selling rights apply to consumer purchases. Confirm the statutory cancellation period and the process
- Buying from youAn offer to purchase is valid for 14 days. We ask for written confirmation that the seller has authority to sell the goods.
- ValuationsProvided for guidance and for estate administration purposes. We are not tax valuers and give no legal or tax advice.
- Governing lawThe law of England and Wales.
- ComplaintsRaise it with us first and we will answer within five working days. Confirm any trade body dispute route
